Special polyethylene mixture, which is prepared in the form of paste, is sintered at 170 ºC under the pressure of 2 tons by using special moulds. The cooling of the material, which reaches the required sinting period, is enabled by blowing it up with a special technique. The polyethylene paste forms cross linked closed cells in millions during this cooling procedure by blowing up. During this formation of the closed cells, air, as the best insulation material, is locked up by natural methods. Thus, the new generation insulation material Panetti is created.

Millions of cross linked air cells contained within the material effectively blocks cold, heat, and sound. Closed porous air sac also blocks cold, heat, and sound. Capillary water absorption value is 0 because of its homogen structure and closed cell structure. Therefore, the material is definitely not affected by water and dampness.
While the unit volume masses of the other insulation materials is between 20-30 kg/m³, the unit volume mass of Panetti is 100 kg/m³ because of its special formula and production technique. As a result of this feature, Panetti conserves its mass volume for decades whereas similar insulation materials lose its mass after a short period of time. The material is at the same time is durable against blows.

Similar insulation materials are produced with the shrinkage method by injecting HFCL gas; some products, on the other hand, are sintered with water vapor at the temperature of 100 ºC and produced by enabling air to be replaced with this gas. The harmful effects of these gases, which are used in the production process, on human health are widely known. These gases are freed from the cells of the material, in which they are enclosed; and therefore, by losing their insulation characteristics, they deform the regions they are applied to. Panetti is much more superior to the other materials with this feature. Since the material encloses the air that we breathe in during the production phase with natural methods, it stores the air that is enclosed as a result of its durable structure for decades. Thus, the material is not harmful on the human health since no gas is involved during the production phase and inside its content. Our production is checked every year with the application of the Rosh test. This test examines whether the materials that are used in the manufactured products are harmful on human health or not. Moreover, Panetti increases your living comfort by preventing the formation of fungus, mold, and various microorganisms since it is anti-bacterial.

According to the ISO and CEN standards, coefficients of thermal conductivity (lambda value) of the Insulation Materials should be less than the 0.065 W/mk. A material with a higher lambda value does not have a heat insulation characteristic. The lambda values of heat insulation materials are between 40 – 50 W/mk. Panetti’s Coefficient of Thermal Conductivity, on the other hand, is 0.040 W/mk. By this means, Panetti ranks among the top when the existing insulation materials are considered.

The thermal insulation materials used in the buildings start to become deformed after certain periods of time as a result of the heat they are exposed to. The thermal strengths of the materials are directly related with the amount of heat they are exposed to in the application area. For this reason, consumers are cautioned, by presenting thermal endurance scales, on the labels of the similar products. Panetti is more durable against high temperatures since it is a material that is produced at the temperature of 170 ºC.

The application of Panetti is extremely simple. No extra adequateness is required for the application of the product. It can be applied within a very short period of time by competent labors according to its application type (parquet artisan, cement finish artisan, roof artisan, plaster artisan etc.). Except for special applications such as jacketing, Panetti, which is to be used for the floors, is laid out; and the required floor coating material can be easily applied over the material (parquet, carpet, roofing tile, shingle, cement finish, ceramics, etc.)
For the Internal Jacketing, however, Panetti is cut according to the wall dimensions. Adhesive that is suitable for the wall, in which the application is to be implemented, is adhered on the wall; and Panetti can easily be pasted. Dry time in relation with the features of the adhesive used is waited; and a thin layer of plaster is applied over Panetti. 160 gr plaster sheet is laid over this plaster layer. It should be taken special care that joints of the sheets should be overlapping. After placing the angle brackets, the application is finished in a short time by again applying 3 mm plaster on the sheet. If desired, satin plaster or satin stucco can be applied over the last layer of plaster. Internal jacketing procedure is thus finished, without even needing a dowel, in a short time and without any burden.
