The surface of the application wall should be roughened by using a quartz coating. Thus, the resistance of the adhesive to be applied, in other words its retention capacity, should be increased.

After the coating is dried, the adhesive should be applied to the wall with the help of a dredge. It should be made sure that adhesive should be applied evenly and entirely to the wall.

The pieces from the Panetti roller should be cut according to the dimensions of the wall by using a curved knife and should be applied to the section on which it would be adhesed. On the other hand, it should be taken care that the winding bend of the roller should be facing inwards. If the winding bend of the roller is facing outwards, than Panetti can be seperated from the wall during the initial adhesion; in other words before it has a chance to be adhesed to the wall.

 

After Panetti is applied on top of the adhesive, the air stored within should be deaerated by stroking with the help of a wedge or wide trowel. In the sections where it is not deaerated, the possibility of encountering problems is high since adhesion would not be actualized.

 

Every detail for the internal jacketing can be easily applied by using Panetti. It can be cut according to every detail without a burden and easily placed on the application area.

After the adhesion procedure is finalized, drying of the adhesive is waited for a short period; and then the plastering procedure is started. As the first step, a thin layer of plaster is applied on top of Panetti. This plaster helps the plastersheet to stay over Panetti. The plastersheets should overlap at least 3 cm from the edges. Otherwise, cracks would appear on the applied plaster. As the next step following the overlapping of the sheets, the keen-edged angle brackets should be placed to protect the plaster sheets. With the help of applying a little plaster, the angle brackets should be placed so that the edges of the plaster sheets should be placed under the brackets.

As the last step, plaster is applied on the surface in which plaster sheets and angle brackets implementations are actualized. The plaster should be applied with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. After this procedure is finalized, the surface is ready for use. If desired, saten plaster and saten stucco can be used for obtaining a finer surface.
